MOGUL Coin 101
Our team at MOGUL Coin is comprised of true gamers at heart. We know the pain of having to manually connect with brands, fans, and streamers, and we understand how cumbersome it is to have to manage everything on case-by-case basis. What’s more, trying to grow our streaming by either reaching out to brands one by one to ask them to advertise on our channels or relying on luck to have them reach out to us is a huge and unnecessary challenge that distracts streamers from doing what they do best: streaming.
So, we built MOGUL Coin (MGUL), an easy way to connect with brands and with fans, and create a non-monetary form of collaboration everyone along the way.
At MOGUL, we are utilizing cutting edge blockchain technology to create a virtual auction place using Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). Our online marketplace allows for streamers to generate collectible items, in the form of exclusive content, to be sold or auctioned to fans for MGUL, who can participate in the marketplace by swapping the NFTs among themselves.

So, how does MOGUL Coin actually work?
The MOGUL product is an online platform where brands, streamers, and fans can sign up — creating a one-of-a-kind, non-monetary symbiosis between everyone involved. By implementing the process of tokenization to release MOGUL Coins (MGUL), we are creating an online environment wherein each transaction is 100% secure, transparent, and automatic. MOGUL Coin is a utility token, given how streamers can collect MGUL and truly raise the quality of their content.

Brands
As a brand, you will gain access to countless streamers who are willing to advertise your products on their channels. All you need to do is:
- set an ad budget;
- pay this into our automated system with fiat;
- define who you want to target;
and our advanced Smart Contracts take care of all the rest! The fiat is automatically used to purchase MGUL, and distributed among the desired streaming channels.
Streamers
If you’re a streamer trying to connect both with brands and with fans, then MOGUL Coin is the ideal tool for you to increase your recognition in the market and expand your channel to new heights. You will:

In an effort to deepen the synergies between streamers and fans, we have introduced the NFT Marketplace on our platform, allowing streamers and fans to take part in exciting auctions and trade collectible items among themselves — creating the opportunity to skillfully generate revenue and raise funds.
With technology developing as dynamically as it is, and in these trying times of the pandemic, the online marketplace will allow our community to come together and enjoy exclusive content online!
Streamers
Streamers will be able to generate custom NFTs, in the form of digital artwork, exclusive content, or highlight videos. The streamer can then either offer them up for sale for a fixed number of MGUL, or set a minimum value and put them up for auction (in MGUL). These NFTs are unique, non-duplicable, and in limited quantity, meaning that their value in MGUL is either defined by the streamer or, in the case of an auction, tied directly to:
- the popularity of the streamer (a more popular streamer will have more valuable NFTs);
- the growth in subscribers (higher growth will result in greater upside potential);
- the quality and type of digital artwork (a more complex or artistically interesting NFTwill sell for more MGUL)
- the number of NFTs released (the rarer an NFT, the more likely it is to sell for more MGUL)
Once sold to a fan, the streamer receives MGUL, to be used for any purpose desired by the streamer.
Streamers can truly put their business acumen to the test by releasing a combination of rare and common NFTs, in a variety of different forms, to raise MGUL for the development of their channel.
Fans
Fans will have the chance to acquire limited edition NFTs for MGUL.
If an NFT is up for sale, a fan simply needs to purchase for MGUL one of the limited NFTs up for sale for the price set by the streamer in MGUL. If they sell out, then they’re gone.
If an NFT is up for auction, fans can participate in this process by placing increasing bids (in MGUL), starting with the minimum price defined by the streamer. Again, because of the limited quantity of each NFT, once it’s sold, it’s gone.
HOWEVER, the great thing about our NFT Marketplace is that the owners of each NFT can use our platform to swap their NFTs among each other, put them up for resale (for a price set by the owner in MGUL), or put them up for auction (for a starting price set by the owner). Fans can, on our marketplace, grow their collections and portfolios, and acquire their most desired artwork from their favorite streamer.
Referral Program
By participating in our special Referral Program, anyone can recommend MOGUL Coin to friends and earn Ethereum in the process. The process is very intuitive: anyone can generate a personal referral link and send it to friends or post it on social media. For every person who uses your referral link, you can make:
- 10% of the Ethereum that was contributed via the link, or;
- 15% of the MOGUL Coin that was purchased via the link.
For example, you sent your referral link to someone who purchased 1,000,000 MOGUL Coins for 5 ETH. You will now automatically receive either 150,000 MOGUL Coins, or 0.5 ETH, depending on which option you choose. This will be distributed after the completion of the crowdsale.
Market overview
In the second quarter of 2020 alone, around 3.8 billion hours of live gaming streaming was reported! (Market Data Forecast, 2020)
In 2020, the gaming market worldwide was valued at around USD 162 billion, and is growing very rapidly, with projections of the global revenues in 2026 being nearly USD 300 billion — meaning that gaming is expanding at a compound annual growth rate of 10.5%.
If MOGUL Coin captures only 0.1% of the live gaming streaming market, we will have over 1.5 million hours of live gaming streaming every year, with yearly revenues hitting nearly USD 4 million!
Streaming
In 2018, the global streaming market was valued at approximately USD 39 billion (Valuates Reports, 2020), which grew to approximately USD 50 billion in 2020 — the global streaming market is projected to expand drastically, at a compound annual growth rate of approximately 21% from 2021 to 2028 (Grand View Research, 2021), resulting in predicted global revenues of USD 224 billion in only eight years.
NFT
Traditional auction houses like Christie’s or Sotheby’s could soon be in trouble, as the blockchain revolution is just around the corner. Only three short years ago, in 2018, the global NFT market was worth around $42 million — by the end of 2020, that number had grown by a ridiculous 705% to around $338 million! (Brown, 2021)
In February 2021 alone, around $310 million worth of NFTs were sold, in a staggering 150,000 sales over the course of the month — more than five times the amount sold in the entire year of 2020.
In other words, if MOGUL captures a (realistic) 1% of the NFT market, based on the February 2021 data extrapolated for the entire year and discounting any growth, our marketplace could be worth as much as $37.2 million by the end of 2021!
All this sounds complicated — what is the tech behind everything?
The platform is expertly designed to cover the exponential growth of users and transactions that we anticipate — both horizontally and vertically scalable, and securely hosted in leading cloud infrastructure. Key data is protected by a service with the highest FIPS 140–2 Level 4 certificate.
The platform’s central feature, MOGUL Coin, is of ERC-20 standard and is used for all transactions on the platform.
The MOGUL NFT token implements ERC-721 standard on Ethereum protocol where each copy is uniquely defined by a streamer, and a corresponding value in MGUL is assigned to each MOGUL NFT by the streamer. This can be swapped as, for example, a unique piece of virtual artwork — albeit in the more convenient digital form of a crypto token that represents that specific artwork, available on the MOGUL Marketplace.
Both tokens run on the Ethereum blockchain, which allows secure transfers and ownership guarantee.
What does the platform consist of?
The MOGUL platform will consist of the following layers:
Web app
The main part of the platform that users will directly interact with, which will be available in the form of a PWA React.js application.
Mobile app
A convenient gateway to the most crucial features of the platform, though somewhat simplified in its operational capabilities as compared to the web app. The mobile version of the platform will be released in the form of an Android and iOS React Native app.
Blockchain engine
This is where the magic happens. The blockchain engine is where Mogul Coins, Mogul NFTs, and the Smart Contracts that manage the flow of the tokens are all located — in the form of Ethereum protocols and Solidity Smart Contracts.
An Ethereum node which will read and sign the blockchain transactions.
The API interconnecting all parts, in the form of a Node.js Loopback API.
The MOGUL Coin
The nature of our tokens dictates that there is a finite supply of MGUL, and a finite number of tokens in circulation. Following careful market research, it has been established that the number of tokens in supply will be 4,600,000,000 MOGUL Coins (4.6 billion MGUL) — this is, in our view, the optimal number of tokens to ensure that our operations run smoothly.
Our team has further decided that 2,000,000,000 MOGUL Coins (2.0 billion MGUL) will be in circulation — amounting to approximately 43.48% of the total supply. These tokens will be released in the crowdsale, and the funds raised from their acquisition will be used to cover the costs of operation.
The remaining 2,600,000,000 MGUL (2.6 billion MGUL) will be held by the team to allow for the long-term development of the project.

At MOGUL, we have designed your tokens to have a variety of utilities. Besides the utilities described in previous sections, MOGUL Coins have the following features:

Crowdsale
In total, 2.0 billion MGUL will be sold, which will be used to fund the operations of the project.
The primary areas of the project that will use this funding are:
● Development of the MOGUL platform
● Development of the MOGUL NFT Marketplace
● Marketing
● Community building
● Brand partnerships
● Expanding the team
The crowdsale is scheduled to begin on 1st May 2021, and end on 31st July 2021, with the possibility of extending the deadline of the crowdsale by a further month, to 31st August 2021, if popular demand dictates it.
Airdrops
The first Airdrop will be for 20,000,000 MOGUL Coins (20 million MGUL), with each participant being eligible to receive a maximum of 40,000 MOGUL Coins. This stage will be aimed primarily at streamers (a maximum of 500 people can participate in this phase).
The number of MOGUL Coins that each participant in the first stage will be eligible to receive will depend on the level of participation. The MGUL will be distributed for the following actions:
- 750 MOGUL Coins — joining the MOGUL Coin Telegram (this is a base requirement to participate in the Airdrop)
- 750 MOGUL Coins — joining the MOGUL Coin Discord
- 1,500 MOGUL Coins — liking the MOGUL Coin Facebook page
- 4,500 MOGUL Coins — sharing the pinned post on the MOGUL Coin Facebook page

- 15,000 MOGUL Coins (for streamers) — giving MOGUL Coin a shoutout on your channel and include a link to either our website or one of our social media pages
To participate, simply enter your e-mail address on our website, and you will receive an e-mail with the next steps. The first phase is scheduled to last until all the MGUL set aside for this phase are distributed, or until the crowdsale begins — whichever comes first. The MGUL that participants are eligible to receive from the Airdrop will be distributed after the crowdsale has been completed.
Based on the performance of the first phase of the Airdrop and popular demand for the remaining two phases that are planned, either the same system will remain in place, or a revised system will be published. The remaining phases are likely to be aimed at streaming fans, and the distribution will shift slightly to allow for non-streamers to receive a greater number of MGUL. The purpose of this is to build our community among streaming fans.
